Have your say on plans for hospital services

Local people are being asked for their views on a proposal to improve and develop specialist hospital services.

The plan is to bring some hospital services together to create dedicated centres that would provide the highest quality and level of care for a small number of patients who need to stay in hospital for specialist care.

The following public meetings are taking place, where anyone can turn up and learn more about the proposals and give their views:

Pontefract Town Hall 1pm Wednesday 30 September
Normanton Library/ Community Centre 1pm

Thursday 1 October

Batley Town Hall 6pm Wednesday 14 October
Dewsbury Town Hall 7pm Thursday 15 October
